I am always looking to mix it up when it comes to getting my kids moving, and one thing I have discovered as a Mom and a youth Running Coach is that kids love doing relay races! In this video we do sock sprints, skips, and crab walks; so grab some socks, a laundry basket, cones, and let’s get started! Remember to listen to your body, drink lots of water, and if outdoors wear sunscreen.
