This is an easy arm workout that is great for kids or adults that just want to get some arm and leg movement for exercise. In this video, you will see that we grabbed a few items from our pantry to hold as our weights for the arm movements that we demonstrate. If you do not have any items to hold, just do the movements. The whole idea is to get your body moving “having fun, being active, and staying healthy”
