It is so important to have a strong core, as it provides us with balance and stability. No matter what sport you play, having a strong core will benefit your body enhancing your athletic ability. Here are some very basic core exercises that I do with my kids. Remember to listen to your body, wear sunscreen if you are going to do this outdoors, and drink plenty of water.
